(“iShare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the website or submitting information to us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Separate written agreements may govern staffing, employment, consulting, client, vendor, payroll, benefits, or other relationships. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that relationship.

1. Our Services
iShare provides information technology consulting, staffing, recruiting, workforce, and related professional services. Information on the website is provided for general informational purposes and may be changed or removed at any time.
Job postings and opportunities may be modified, placed on hold, filled, or cancelled without notice. Submitting a resume or application does not guarantee an interview, employment, assignment, placement, or any particular terms of employment.
2. Eligibility and Accurate Information
You may use the website only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it when necessary. You must not impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorized to provide.
3. Candidate and Employment Matters
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, use of the website or communication with an iShare recruiter does not create an employment, contractor, agency, fiduciary, or partnership relationship. Any employment or assignment relationship begins only through applicable offer, onboarding, or engagement documents.
Employment decisions are based on legitimate business considerations and applicable law. iShare is an equal opportunity employer and does not unlawfully discriminate.
4. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
• Use the website in a way that violates law, infringes rights, or facilitates fraud or abuse.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or security features.
• Introduce malware, scrape the website without authorization, interfere with operation, or place unreasonable loads on systems.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit website content except as expressly permitted by law or by iShare in writing.
• Submit confidential information belonging to another party without authorization.
5. Intellectual Property

When you communicate with iShare electronically, you consent to receive responsive communications electronically, including by email, telephone, or other channels you have authorized. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.
7. SMS Messaging Terms
Program name and description. The iShare Recruiting and Staffing Communications program may provide job opportunities, application updates, interview scheduling, onboarding information, assignment or work-status updates, service notifications, and related staffing or consulting communications.
How to opt in. You may opt in only through an affirmative consent method made available by iShare, such as selecting an unchecked SMS-consent box on an iShare form, submitting a signed consent, or otherwise expressly requesting text messages through a documented process. Consent to SMS messaging is separate from acceptance of these Terms.
Message frequency and charges. Message frequency may vary based on your activity and communications with iShare. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may impose charges under your plan.
Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any iShare text message to unsubscribe. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, email us at info@ishareinc.com, or call (732) 416-4400. You may opt in again through an available affirmative consent method.
No condition of service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for employment, receiving staffing services, or purchasing goods or services.
Delivery and carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on carrier networks and other factors outside iShare’s control.
Privacy and data use. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our collection and use of information is further described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy is available at https://www.ishareinc.com/privacy-policy/.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may contain links to third-party websites, client systems, job boards, or services. iShare does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.
10. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ISHARE DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.
iShare does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, or that any job, candidate, assignment, placement, or business outcome will be available or successful.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISHARE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS.
WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, ISHARE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT A DIFFERENT LIMIT IS REQUIRED BY LAW OR A SEPARATE SIGNED AGREEMENT APPLIES.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iShare and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit without authorization.
